Like right around that, right around your age?
Yeah, I think a lot of women now in their 30s are kind of starting to really educate themselves because amazing women like you and so many other doctors are really starting to shed the light and say, this is something that we really need to talk about.
And it doesn't need to be taboo.
We need to educate ourselves so we could even be prepared in the perimenopause phase
when menopause actually hit hits and like what actually leads up to that and you know I heard you say something on your social media about this is the time where women start going with like couples start getting divorced and I really really think like the more we educate not only ourselves as women but we're able to educate our husbands and then husbands are able to go out individually and educate themselves it's huge this could be saving a lot of marriages
It's so huge.
And it's really why we started bringing men into the conversation because we really thought that that was important because they could see the symptoms maybe even before we do or see what's going on with us.
And so our last film actually really brought men into the conversation and they wanna learn.
They just don't know what's happening.
All they know is they're being pushed away or you don't want sex anymore all of a sudden or they just don't know what's happening.
And so, yeah, it's a big part of it.
So yeah, we can go into all that for sure.
So perimenopause, let's start with that.
What's the youngest age that you would start saying that someone needs to educate themselves about perimenopause and where the symptoms actually might be creeping in?
I think with perimenopause, here's what I wish I had known.
I wish I had known like 35, 36 years old, I started just paying attention to the word.
So I would say that late 30s, early 40s, you could start having some of those symptoms creeping of hormonal shifts,
hormonal changes.
Periods could be a little bit different.
