So he's got a little bit more room to kind of just do the things he does best and not have to carry it all, right?
And this was not to be different.
This is actually on my doc that I wrote down.
We're all going different directions here.
I had Conn Knipple by a hair over Cooper Flagg.
Like, Flagg is getting a lot of benefit of the doubt by being the guy who came in as the number one pick and a shit ton of hype around him and the expectations are super high.
And I think he's largely lived up to that.
But it's funny, because statistically, they're neck and neck.
They literally have the same scoring average as we record this, 19.1 points per game.
Flag is leading in assists, 4.3 to 3.6, not a massive difference.
Flag is leading in rebounds, 6.4 to 5.1.
Cooper's got like a half more blocks and steals per game, and he gets to the line more.
But Konkanipal is shooting 43% from three and making three and a half a game.
Not a strength of Cooper Flag's game.
He's shooting 29%, making just one per game.
Two-point percentage, Konkanipal's got a little bit of a lead there, too.
Um, and true shooting con is just like lapping the field on true shooting percentage.
So like there's a case for him and he's a really big part of what we were just talking about a few minutes ago about why the Charlotte Hornets are now like a league pass darling, because like, and it's not just his scoring or his shooting.
