I find him hilarious.

So he posts on the Truth Social platform about this new bill that's been passed by Congress that limits his power to call war or to enact war-like actions.

So it was passed by the Democrats plus four of his own Republicans.

And it's just the way that he spoke about them.

And this is the contempt that he has.

He goes, yesterday, in a meaningless vote.

We're talking about a law around powers of war, and he calls it, in a meaningless vote, the House voted.
