Stupid are we to question the great one, Neil.
I just wonder, just on the Springboks, okay, there's an article on Planet Rugby, which I was interested in reading here, and I just want your take on this, Birch.
The first paragraph is, everyone wants to talk about shape, kicking maps, and the bomb squad.
They're all missing the point.
South Africa's defining skill isn't tactical, it's emotional.
The Springboks refuse to lose collisions, and nearly everything else flows from that.
I mean, I would have thought that's a little bit stating the obvious here, that the collisions has been part of South African rugby DNA since time began, right?
Is it too simplistic to just say like, you know, they refuse to lose the collisions.
Therefore, they are what they are.
I mean, what did you make?
How many players on the pitch?
And you know, when you see it written down, Neil, it's maybe, it's a little bit different.
And when you see it applied on the pitch, as it was on Saturday afternoon, and sometimes the beauty is in the simplicity here, just when the collisions, everything else flows from that.
When you see it enacted against England, who are no slights, by the way, as we all know.
I mean, as Birch said, they are probably one of the squads that are most equipped to deal with South Africa, but they were simply blown out of the water.
The siege mentality going bananas.
