A lot of mail-in ballots have gone out.
Um and there are certainly in the next few days that number just goes up and up.
Um, there are military ballot ballots that will have reached overseas by now.
So people are beginning to the thing that happens is people crystallize in their minds, um, and the number of people who have already cast their vote goes up.
And these polls are
as you say, extremely bad.
Um, I just s took, you know, as a snapshot this morning, Trump's job approval on average on the polls at the moment is thirty-eight point eight percent.
Right.
It's never been lower for him.
And
Every time Trump has been on the ballot, he's been on the ballot three times.
Mm-hmm.
He won twice, he lost once.
I mean, he said he obviously he doesn't agree he lost, uh, but um he lost once.
And in 2020, his numbers were kind of in this direction, and it was a very, very obvious defeat for him.
He came back because Joe Biden's numbers were kind of in that direction as well.
In between, in those midterm elections, uh in those first 2018 midterm elections, Trump's numbers were actually higher, and yet the Democrats won anyway.
So here I think what we have is we all know that those polls keep have consistently underestimated the number of people who will vote for Trump.
But he's not on the ballot.
So exactly how much of that probably five percent or so discount that you have to make comes into play.
