there's not much to pull from as a man listen deep down inside you've seen players like this before I've dealt with them but see as a manager you know right now you've got to kid them on you've got to keep them on side you've got to get them working you've got to that is your job I totally agree with you I picked up on that when I was listening to his interview there that's a guy that's under pressure that's not experienced at that level to go out and handle that
