Here's one thing that I'd say all the time.
Everyone wants to live in the moment, don't they?
You know the moment's where the joy is.
You can't hold a grudge and live in the moment.
So if you live in the moment, you don't hold a grudge against anyone because that's not in the moment.
So you can't beat yourself up for past mistakes.
You can't worry about future mistakes.
If you stay now, which is forgetting yourself.
So the job is to forget yourself.
We are all just figments of our own imagination.
And the more we're aware of that, I think the more relaxing life is.
