Labour hoping for a popularity bounce from that.
The Conservatives undergoing a modest revival at the moment under Kemi Badenok, their leader, who seems to be more popular than she was.
Reform is at the moment past its peak.
Whether that continues to happen is another case.
But another problem is, bizarre as it sounds, this might not even be the last Clacton by-election, because if he is found guilty of wrongdoing over his finances, that could trigger another by-election.
And let me tell you, in that one, the other parties would be running against Farage and they would be running pretty hard.
The thing about Nigel Farrah, he's been around a long time.
He's been through a lot of adversity, he's had lots of downs, and every time he's found a way to make a comeback.
So it does look like he's at a relatively low ebb, but I would never write off his chances of making it back to the top again.

The Economist.
When we spoke on Friday, Keir Starmer was pledging to carry on as Prime Minister and to fight against any challenge from Andy Burnham or from anyone else for the Labour leadership.
He has admitted this morning he's not going to be able to do that.
He said essentially the Labour Party had decided that they needed a new leader to take them into the next election to see off the threat from the right wing populists of Reform UK and that he was not going to be able to do that.
So that's why this morning he has announced that he's leaving and set out a timetable for his departure.
What happens next?
It's in the hands of the committee that runs the Labour Party.
Nominations to succeed Starmer as Labour leader and therefore as Prime Minister will open in a couple of weeks' time.
And then if there is more than one candidate, a leadership election will run over July and August with a new leader in place by September.
