We need to pass a law.
The word free doesn't exist.

Nothing is free, not the buses, not the childcare, no nothing.
I think we should pass a law in Congress and Senate to every government official that uses the word free, it needs to be changed to taxpayer.

Because I don't know, here in the Miami area, you have the STD testing ones.
