And obviously you have your meetings, your meditation, your modules.

I found the modules the best things ever.

Like as we started doing change and all different things, I was like, Christ, this stuff is real.

And I have to say the counsellors in there,

There was another woman as well and another man, Jamie, the three of them.

They were just so good to us.

And even if you'd anything, you could call them yourself.

And then it's when that was kind of going into week five and I was like, there ain't really happening here.

Did you kind of feel that?

But then you're kind of just doing your day to day thing and you're like, all right, I'm doing the work, but there's nothing right up here.

And then I remember going into week seven and we had family day and Sister Agnes said, oh, who wants to do family conference?

I said, look, I'm just going to do it now.

But I knew my dad wouldn't come up.

I just know he's not like that.

He won't go into things like that.

So my two sisters.

And you know what?

I was a bit anxious, but not as bad as I should have been.

When I seen them coming then, I was like, oh, this is it.

But that completely changed for me.
