Like one advice I would give is just reach out to someone.
It's like anyone, anyone, even you see people's Instagrams, anything, reach out to people and they will come back to you.
But like the one advice I would do is that you have to be ready, Brenda.
As you know yourself, I was more than ready this time to do it and 105 days today.
But like reach out to people, go to meetings, go to your aftercare, pump it in and just reach out to people.
That's the only thing and you will get help.
