And it just felt like having these these people that I worked with in the membership that I run.
And it was like a such a grounding factor to just
connect with people every week to talk about what's happening.
to talk about how hard it was and to have those sort of grounding elements of the just offering each other the compassion and the tools of self compassion really, really seemed to help enormously.
