I never really liked the look of my swing.

Yeah, it's strange.

But golf was different in those days.

It wasn't all about power and speed, although I had plenty of that.

I was sort of middle of the road as far as distance goes, and my accuracy was great.

My irons were really, really good, and obviously I puttered well.

Yeah, I actually gave all of the memorabilia from that day to the club.

So the club at Royal Birkdale, they have the shirt, the visor, the glove, the ball.

They have everything, the yardage book.

Everything that I had that day is in a montage in the club.
