It's not fair on a new manager.
It's not fair on him, it's not fair on Casey Jones as well, because he's been a good servant as well, he's been a brilliant service, and if I was Casey Jones, and I had this career, I'd be proud as well, so I think it shouldn't be brilliant, or it shouldn't be terrible, he's been good for Liverpool, but it is time to go.
One of these transfers in part five, but John, you spoke to Steve from State of Mind, I believe.
State of Mind was an idea that I had in January.
this year um it came from some personal loss personal traumas that's everything i lost my sister 12 months ago and she'd suffered all her life with mental health issues um and she's finally at peace with them now and it sort of came from that earlier on top of a lot of other personal issues personal traumas i felt really in a bad place myself mother's day this year
I didn't really know who to speak to, what to do, and it sort of came from there about my state of mind really.
Yeah, I think obviously, John, we spoke in Portugal recently.
and what I've found recently especially from being quite more open and open and open speaking to people about my own issues and my own story about how this has all come about is that a lot of people don't talk they don't talk to anyone really they just bottle it up you ask them if they're okay they say they're all right say they're fine but what I've found is once I've actually opened up to people
They start telling me their stories.
I can give you a couple of examples recently where I've been places and I've been explaining what I'm doing, why I'm doing it.
I just get a story straight back.
And when people do begin to open up, you can actually see out there that there is a lot of people who are probably struggling and they don't talk to anyone.
So, I mean, I was talking to someone recently and I just explained to him that he was having a really bad time.
And I said to him, just open your phone up.
Just look for one person in your phone who you feel safe to talk to.
Message them and talk to them.
You know, you don't have to go to specific people.
Just find that one person.
That's probably the key message, really.
Well, again, a bit of a stage round early.
