Well, the main thing for the events is making people aware that they can start and by opening up and, you know, it can help them.

That's key.

You know, I don't want anyone to feel the way I've felt over on periods of time where you just feel like you've got nobody to talk to or you don't know who to talk to.

Or sometimes your safe space might go, whoever it is, that might be via a relationship ending.

And then all of a sudden, you just feel like there's no hope.

There's nothing.

You don't know what to do.

You don't know who to turn to.

And when that happens, what do you do?

I mean, these services are there.

Or like I say, if you don't want to speak to one of these services, just look through your phone and find someone who you think, I don't mind actually speaking to them.

That could make all the difference.
