Like that's just borderline crunchy, and I like that.
I went to this place called Meloya, which is now actually closed forever.
It was a Michelin guide restaurant that served food from
Reunion Island, which is a French colony in the Indian Ocean with less than a million people on it.
And from what I understand, it's the only restaurant in America serving food from this region of the world.
It's like a combination of a lot of things, but it's mostly like it has like Asian influence, African influence, and then European influence, especially French.
That food was, though it wasn't the best food I'd had in my life.
It was probably the most unique meal I've eaten this year.
Like every single thing that was put in front of me was flavor combinations that I had never experienced in my life.
And it was pretty good.
Like again, it wasn't the best food I've had, but they sucked a landing on every single dish.
Yeah, specifically there's this one dish, it was like shrimp and vanilla, but savory.
That was amazing.
Then I have Duo Cafe.
It was like an Asian inspired cafe vibe.
They did
Japanese style cheesesteak.
Not cheese steak.
Japanese style cheesecake.
And it was the best cheesecake I've had in my life, like hands down.
