I'm gonna take some calls though from some fans, so that'll be cool.
But yeah, just to kinda dip my toes back in the water, I wanted to
film a little bit, give you guys a little bit of something, and then um yeah, sorry next week we'll be back with guests and long form two, you know, hour and a half plus episode.
Yeah, so I think
Yeah, sorry, and I don't wanna make this like this is no like pity party.
Like I just wanted to give you guys a reason, one, for why I left and or or rather just didn't post for a while.
And two, I feel like this show is bolt built on vulnerability between you guys and me.
And so kinda wanna key you in on where my brain's at at the time and why I paused posting.

Guys, I'm not gonna lie.
Between traveling to New York and work picking up, my diet has fallen off a cliff.
And while summer traveling and plans with friends might be slowing down a little bit, my obligations are not.
So I've been trying to find a way to get back into eating real, healthy food, especially when I'm on the go.
And Factor makes that so easy.
Factor makes chef crafted, dietitian-designed, ready-to-eat meals, so you don't have to choose between real food.
Food and convenience.
So if you're like me and you got a diet to stick to, or you just want to make eating healthier a little bit easier, I would really suggest using Factor 2.
Let's eat real.
