What, at the very beginning when you met Mikel, was it that you saw that you thought, no, this is right, this is the person that we need to really back and he'll get us back to the very top?

When Mikel comes to you and he says that the culture is not right in the organization, as an owner, you take that personally.

At that point, what were your feelings when he questioned the culture and the fact that it just wasn't right, the feeling wasn't right in the club?

No, I think you just... You're talking about culture, and obviously... Culture, absolutely.

You're someone who's won...

in most of your organisations.

But the feeling was here, the suggestion towards your family was, as long as Arsenal get Champions League and they're bringing the money in, they're OK.

What do you say to that?

Because that's been levelled at you now for a number of years, obviously it's changed right now because you've won.

Josh, the moment where I thought, this is serious, and I have predicted that Arsenal would win the league in the last few years, it's not come true until this season, was when you signed Declan Rice.

How does that arrive at your door?

So basically, I don't know if it's the CEO, whether it's Mikel, whether it's the sporting director who say, we need to invest over £100 million in a player.

And Arsenal have never gone there before to that level.
