It's very rich, maybe overwhelming for people.
That's okay.
It is what it is.
It's just words right now.
It can be something that eventually becomes approachable and simple.
But like anything, from the outside, it scares us, you know.
And, but it's extremely, the most powerful vehicle that I know.
Or else I would have done something better.
Yeah.
Do you think that it's the most powerful that you've experienced because in a way it has been the most direct and immediate access?
I think through words, the philosophical, the theoretical, there's something so powerful about the immediacy of the body, you know, and our ability to move it in this moment.
You mentioned the balance and the dance between movement and stillness, the complementary forces that exist within all life, the contraction and relaxation and excitation and Shiva, the Shakti, the all, you know, and it sounds like you've applied that understanding through these various different mechanisms.
So my hope is,
we'll see where this conversation takes us, but that it can be really enriching for individuals' lives to have more context for the importance of the body, for how movement is an essential component often underexplored and utilized.
And
some things they can carry into their next movement practice, whatever form it is, whether it's yoga or weightlifting or something of a combination between everything.
