I didn't have a, you know, food stylist, prop stylist.

I mean, all the things that you have for TV, somebody checking the audio.

I was just doing it on my own.

And I actually started doing TV shows online.

in my house in East Hampton.

So I'd set up a phone, and then I'd go, oh, I have to do my hair, I have to do my makeup, I have to do the food styling, I have to get everything ready.

And then by noon, I was ready to actually do the show, and I'd be cooking, and then after it was done, I realized I'd taken a pot and put it right in front of a camera.

So the next day I had to do it all over again.

I came to really appreciate my film crew.

So it was hard, but it was a challenge and I did it.
