And then I got meningitis.

And that's when I realized when I was in the bed and they said, oh my gosh, we might be losing her.

Like, okay, you know, get...

It was, I will never forget.

And I remember being in the hospital bed.

I could hear them moving and running all around me and saying, we're going to lose her.

Her blood pressure's dropping.

I go, well, I guess this is how I go.

Type of that.

And I realized, what?

I did not allow myself to heal.

I never gave myself that time.

I said I was going to, but I got right back onto the treadmill.

And not anymore.

Not doing it.

I now do kind of self-review at the end of the day, in the beginning of the day.

So at the end of the day, did I hit the mark?

Did I miss the mark?

Okay, so how am I going to change that going forward?

So I do, and it's not like this long process where I have to go and do it.
