And it's because we looked at their SEC filings and the ones that were reporting percentage of their revenue coming from China is the ones that we try to talk to.
So, for example, Tapestry Inc., who sells...
Coach, Handbags, and also the Kate Spade brand, they showed that in the last quarter, they got almost 14% of their revenue from China.
So that's why we thought maybe these companies will be affected.
And what are analysts saying about this company?
But like I said, apparently, at least in the luxury sector, they were saying that they were ready because they saw this coming from far away.
Yeah, exactly.
So one economist was arguing that he works with a lot of companies and that they're usually not preparing because they think the Chinese economy will keep on growing forever.
But then on the other side, we had the analyst saying, no, actually, the luxury sector had flagged the Chinese economic slowdown previously, and they were prepared for this.
And this is also what we're hearing from other people.
