We are deep diving into some of the latest and most prevalent scams that could affect.

Us, the tricks the criminals use to deceive and confuse us, and importantly, how we can protect ourselves and spot those red flags.

And joining me to break everything down and ensure that we're up to speed on all things scams.

Um, we're gonna start off with a very, very quick thirty second answer about

why everyone needs to be aware of the latest scams, even if they've never been a victim of fraud.
