I love what he changed.
They brought the short kicking in, change of angles, being more aggressive at the game, not so much long down the line.
But they brought in Berne Wilson, who I thought was massive.

They were the ones that gave real improvement.
It wasn't Cripps getting better or Walsh getting better.
Walsh's decision-making got better because the game became easier for him and he could actually see what was in front of him.
But then you bring in Walker, you've got Jagger Smith, who looks like he's going to be Rolls-Royce.
Harry Dean, to me, looks like he'll be the best defender in the competition for 10 years.
So it's a fascinating build, but I reckon there's still five or six players short of where they want to be.

Yeah, I guess I'll start by disappointing that it takes him to be sacked for all that information to come out because I think anyone that was around him or the club at the time realised that he's such a good person and he cares so much for the individual.
