And if I think what you're, what you're kind of starting to think about is what if you bought a large plot of land and you built 10 of these that had 10 beds each instead of one commercial facility, you had 10, 10 beds.
You can absolutely do that.
You can share staff, you can share resources.
Many people are kind of going that direction.
That's one way to do it.
I really recommend at least three homes within 20 to 40 minutes of each other because of the ability to share resources.
That is the best way.
