But again, that's why you have professionals like John Anik and Rogan as well who can just try and be... No, first year in the UFC, after I fought Brad Tavares, he comes. I'm at a pool party. I'm shirtless. And he comes up, sees me, gets on the fucking bar. There's the fucking guy. Takes his shirt off and all this. But then we have a real DNM. And he tells me, like, you know, I probably said a lot of things about you out of jealousy. Oh, that was cool for him to say. I appreciated that.
And then he gave me some game. And then at the end of the night, he goes, check this. Pops is like, I'm drunk. He's drunk. And I'm like, what the fuck? He's like, hold it. And he's telling me, like, yo, this is the sacrifice you have to make sometimes. You have to be careful when you fight this and that. Make sure you get in here, do your thing, get your money, and get out.
Because this and this and that. And I'm like, cool. He's like, yeah, careful, careful, cool. Give it back to him.
And then that was it. So again, that's one of those moments. That's crazy. I don't know if we took that. I took a photo with Jorge that night, but I don't think I took a photo with Bisping, but that was a moment for about 40 minutes. We hung out, drank, and then we had that moment where we just talked for about 20 minutes after and just like, oh shit. And he put his eye on my hand to let me know.
This is some real shit. This is what could happen to you if you don't play the game right. So, yeah, I appreciate those moments. Even with GSP, he always pops in into my life. Kind of like Avatar Roku in a way.
He'll just pop into my life. Like in Austin, he just showed up. And again, dropping wisdom. Boom. Boom. And I'm like, yes, I need this. Thank you, master. Yeah, it's... Yeah.
And then you meet him. He's a fucking... He is a human being. He's got a wife and some kids. Bro, I love his setup. Again, I love who he is as a person. And when I went to spot him... I let him know. I was like, okay, because he invited us to his house. This is the house with the bunker? No, not the Hawaii one. We're at Tahoe. And again, he's got a great setup. I love his setup.
It's similar to what I have in mind for myself. And then when we went to the gym to train and it was time to spa, I was like, right, too close. Pop. Cool. Okay. You're too close. Bop. And then he was learning. He was learning on the fly. And then he'd throw a leg kick. And again, hard leg kick, but I can take it. And then we were just going at it. But I didn't try to hurt him.
I was just letting him know, like, if you really want to be about this, you have to be about this. And I respect the guy. He's game, bro. He is game. Like, his technique's a lot better now. He had ACL surgery, I think, so he's getting better. But he's just passionate about the game. You wouldn't expect from a guy like that who's accomplished. Like, this is a guy that fucking...
owns Facebook and Instagram. So for me, just to hang out with him and, again, humanize him. At the end, I was like, man, you're a lot cooler than I expected. I appreciate that, just hanging out with him.

But that's because it was through either the movie and people just their own perception until he decided to start being more active on social media and let people know who he is.
Maybe I'm partially responsible for this. But most people don't think that unless collectively it happens, it's individuals, they don't. Then they follow the crowd and like, oh, I guess he's cool now. I'm going to jump on the trend. Yes. So, yeah. But he's a cool dude. I always have respect for that guy. You ever met him? I've never met him. Now, you and him will get along.
He's like, at first when you meet him, he's a little awkward.
Not standoffish, just awkward. But then... Once you get to know him, he's cool. That he's just a regular dude.
Maybe training would be. Training, because definitely every day you get humbled. Every day. There's no fake humility in fighting. It's not this like, oh, I want to act like I'm... Nah. You get your ass kicked, you know you suck, and you get better, and then you do it to someone else, and then you suck again. So yeah, I think so.
I think definitely fighting would have helped him because... And again, for someone to actually want to do that... Crazy. And I respect that. Someone who actually wants to get in there professionally, even if it's against Elon or whoever else. He still will fight. I don't think Elon would fight him, but I think he will definitely fight.

I think men are starting to understand, like, it's not just about, it's brain and bronze, and you can be the richest, this and that, but then that, when you talk about that power dynamic, that's why all these fucking Wall Street guys go pay hookers to, like, lash them and shit on their chest or whatever.
