And so they've provided unbelievable perspective for me over the years.

I think you have to have the right therapist and somebody who helps you sort of process and move through.
I don't think it's like healthy to linger too long.
Like I think you have to move forward.
Um, in my adulthood, like as an adult, and it was more just as like another tool for me in the same way that I meditate.
You know, I view it as as an opportunity to like, to do an internal inventory.
You know, I think some of the challenges around Jared's health.
