So this is huge to obviously not mess around, wrap this up, and now get to take a break.
Oh, yeah.
Rich Robinson was out.
That was our thinking when he picked up the injury.
We talked about it here.
Like, oh, do you think he'll play game three?
And we're like, probably not because they're like...
they don't need to like rush them back at all they feel so confident right now they're getting contributions like you can bring these guys in i mean shaman had a big game on friday night right so um yeah they're okay they're like they just get to rest them and he'll be he'll have been off like it's gonna be like 10 plus days isn't it good by the time they play i don't i don't think it starts until the 17th or 19th the conference finals it's the 11th today yeah he's got a hell of a break here for the hamstring
Any other thoughts on Nick's sweep in Philadelphia?
I thought Bridges played a really, really great series.
18 per game, four rebounds, four assists, 64% from the field.
And his defense on Maxie was pretty good.
Maxie for the series ended up at 18 a game on 43% shooting after lighting things up in the first round.
He had a couple of big scoring games, but even those were inefficient.
And Mikael Bridges was a huge question mark, even in the Hawks series, until he exploded in game six at Ravensburg.
carried over into this series as well.
But there were times during the regular season when Mike Brown was going with Landry Schammett or Deuce McBride over Mikael Bridges as their perimeter stopper.
This was a big responsibility to be able to stick Maxey, and I thought he did a really, really good job while also still having enough juice to contribute on the offensive end as well.
So that's encouraging for New York.
It feels like everybody's... Brunson, we barely even mention him right now because everybody else is playing so well, but he's had a good playoffs.
