But they keep saying, no, we are actually doing the opposite.

Because that's the thing to watch.

How aggressive are they?

at trying to pursue help for Giannis here?

Or are they too far in the hole and, like, all the names they could even get at the deadline, are they going to really move the needle at all?

They have a first-round pick they could trade.

They're $14 million under the luxury tax.

Some contracts you could piece together, but they're not all that enticing, I think, for most teams.

So, you know, what do they do?

Or do they just, like, see this season out here and maybe they sneak into a playing spot?

It's like, okay.

And most of the moves are honestly financial money-saving moves to save them tax dollars.

And part of the pitch was they won't lose by as much when Giannis sits if they trade for Zach Levine.

So they're in a tough spot right now.
