He was like my best friend growing up.

He wanted me to be with him.

All I had was really, I grew up with my mom.

I had all sisters inside my household.

I got brothers, but they're on my dad's side.

So my mom, her sister, my auntie Katina, rest in peace, my auntie Katina passed away.

My mom started taking care of my cousin Kano.

And then Kano told me to come beat him from the hood, and I turned the hood.

Right.

And ever since then, that's what it was.

definitely so when you were young like uh what what was the lifestyle like though were you just outside like every day just hanging out on the block or not really hanging out no i used to play football i ain't gonna lie i used to play football but carson is like all the football players turn gang members like football players turn gang members but like everybody that was on my football team

For the most part, I'm still cool with it.

But it's still, like it's people that was on the football team that was present when I was shot.

That I feel like participated in it.

You hear what I'm saying?

It is what it is.

And then it's like, it just get deep, it get tricky.

But not only, I grew up in the Hoovers too though.

Hell yeah, I grew up with the Hoovers, in the Hoovers my whole life.

All my cousins is from A. Trey Hoover.
