Rick was obviously running the offense.

He was always one of the guys that when guys were down, he was the first coach coming and putting his arm around you and saying, look, we're going to figure this out together.

We're going to figure out how to get you more involved.

We're going to figure out how to get you back on track.

I know as a head coach,

exuding that kind of confidence into these guys, pouring into these guys constantly is definitely the difference.
