He's got, obviously, the tangibles, which is the bully things and the on-the-field production, especially against the run, setting the edges.
But he has the intangibles that the leadership here in the building love, in the locker room, and being a great teammate and citizen, and everything he brings to this team that's not between the lines on the grass.
