Mm-hmm.
Okay.
Because in the point that I'm โ Yeah, because Jacoby got moved in.
That's it.
That's it.
So the point that I'm making is that โ
A lot of times when you have a new regime, their whole existence or desire is to get out with the old guys and in with their guys.
Well, the reality is that when you come into a situation, there may be some guys that are really core guys that you should try to keep as well as adding some of your guys to it.
And a lot of times when you have that new regime, it's about their desire and making it about them, making sure and letting everybody know that we're going to do a better job of bringing in talent.
Look, there were some guys.
Look, Trent Baalke brought in some of those guys.
He did.
Okay?
Yes.
And those are good players.
Okay?
And the desire to keep them around and also to develop and allow them to get better, I think, has been outstanding.
And so what I love about that, it's not a prideful thing with James Gladstone and this coaching staff or Tony Buscelli saying, hey, look, we've got to get rid of all of Trent Baalke's guys and bring our own guys in.
No.
Let's get as many Jaguar guys as we can that have that DNA, keep the ones that we already have, and then get the ones that aren't in that DNA category out to bring some more in.
