Yeah, this is no time to let up now.

They've got to set the foundation for moving ahead as an organization.

I think the lame talking about hitting the ground and challenging guys and getting this football team better, you've got to love it.

The one thing that I really appreciate about the great coaches is that they always have –

kind of coaching points, speaking points that they lay out.

Okay, here's the theme and here's what we got to do.

We've seen it on the hunt with a lot of these meetings that we get to see.

And that's what I love.

And the great ones always have messaging that gets through.

And the ones that aren't great are lazy and don't have the messaging.

And that's what I love about Liam.

It seems like every time you see him get in front of the team, he has a very clear, concise message that is delivered to the team that allows them to focus on this as a team.

And that's what I love most about Liam.

And I look forward to this year and the many years ahead.

Yeah, I mean, that's the next challenge, right, for a new coach is, okay, you've had some success, found it towards the end, got hot at the right time.

Got to do it again.

Yeah, how do you do it again?

And he said it at the owner's meetings last week.

It may not look like 13 wins.

It might be less than that, but they might be a better team.
