This is what you get, you know, a new stadium.

Yeah, and in the neighborhood around it, the city of Orlando has been kind of like the out east neighborhood over here that's near the stadium and the facility.

There's been some partnership for that underserved community to try to get things back on track around it.

Yeah, it's pretty cool.

And the stadium itself, obviously, it's been there forever, but has undergone so many different renovations.

They have had NFL events there.

Pro Bowl has been played there.

So it's somewhat NFL ready, locker rooms, all those things.

Whereas in Gainesville, eh, not quite.

I mean, the locker room for one side's great.

Visitor's not.

Sideline access, camera sidelines, infrastructure that is needed on game day is just not there.

Shad Khan actually mentioned AEW as one of the reasons they've had so much success in that marketplace down there.

With Tony's stuff.

That'd be a weekend trip.
