It penalizes the team that shouldn't be penalized.
Let's go back to the original penalty, which the penalty was allowing the kickoff team to kick from the 50, which they subsequently would kick it out of bounds, and the receiving team would get it at the 20.
I think the 25.
I think it's 25 yards away.
So, I mean, the original penalty was designed to penalize the receiving team.
So if they can just kick it out of bounds and they take over at the 25, they got penalized for the previous penalty.
I'm okay with that.
You see what I'm saying?
So why should we kind of take away the penalty going back on the scoring play?
Anyway, I think the way it is, I think it's totally fine.
I think you need to leave it as is.

Yeah.
Okay.
I like that.
Unless there's some way to still have the original penalized team still be penalized.
So, in other words, I need more information as to how we're going to replace the current system.
