Like, Susan Collins doesn't care what Donald Trump does every day.

So she doesn't care about the much more insignificant, you know, stories that have come out of Graham Plattner's past.

And we can debate them and talk about them and

you know where do they fit in our politics but you can just so clearly tell she's not actually outraged in the way that everyone is trying to frame this so it just it just falls so flat yeah i yeah so let me ask you this jack because you're in dc right that's your backyard why is dc so horny

You know, I was thinking – I got this – I got the topic ahead of time, and I was trying to think about this and give it a different spin than just, like, you know, a bunch of narcissists, people with power.

And then my ultimate conclusion was, like, I think that we need to fix it, and we can just, you know, stop electing bad people or weird people or whatever types of people.

We should just –

work hard to make Congress less fun.

Congress shouldn't be fun.

Congress shouldn't be a big party with a lobbyist.

And that's not to say that you can't go out, have a couple of drinks every night and have some fun.

I was at a party last night with some friends because everyone's in town.

And then that's great.

If you're a member of Congress, it should be less fun.

Right.

It should be less financially really lucrative to go to Congress and stock trade.

It shouldn't be a blast hanging out in D.C.

because lobbyists are bringing you to parties or buying you big dinners every night.

And, you know, they're throwing you events and they love you.

And everyone's talking about how great you are because there's a financial incentive behind it.
