So we are Irish internationals.

We would have competed in a few tournaments abroad and representing Ireland, which is always good fun and a great experience overall.

When did Paddle connect with you?

So I grew up in Spain playing and then I came back to Ireland maybe 10 years ago.

Oh, it's huge there.

And like I was shocked when I came back and there was nothing here.

But yeah, it's very straightforward.

It's kind of like a mixture of squash, tennis, kind of all the racquet sports in one.

Yeah, so the point's always live until it bounces twice.

So always try and get your next shot over the net before that happens.

Yeah, the standards have definitely gotten better.

I know a lot of really strong tennis players are kind of pivoting now, which is nice to see.
