They said working in your office, whether it was a state attorney general or in the Senate, was the best experience of my life, the most important experience of my life.
One of them said the best job I ever had was the first job.
That meant so much to me.
So to me, success has to do with do you provide the occasion for other people
have really good lives.
That was what success meant.
And that was why that experience was so valuable.
That's what it is.
Nothing is close to that.
And I'm a happy guy.
I've had a very excellent life.
I feel very, very blessed.
But the key to it, I've been married for 68 years.

We got married when we were kids.
And we're still with it.
And we still laugh and we share and we talk.
It's important to have your priorities straight.
