but now might be able to drop 80 or 90 grand on building a decent modular unit in the back garden.
It needs to be a big enough back garden, it must be said, and have an independent life independent from their family.
But, you know, there will be stories of anything and everything getting thrown up and people living in pretty bad conditions.
