Super happy with how everything worked out.

And Silly was happy with his situation as well.

So I'm super happy about that.

And I'm excited for Fenton getting his situation worked out now.

Yeah, I mean, you know, we're checking in, but nothing too much.

Obviously, you know, he's with Pat as well.

And, you know, we know that Pat and Don are going to sort things out.

And they both, you know, they're both super experienced.

They both do a really good job.

So I think more than anything, it's just, you know, checking in on a personal level with guys.

And yeah, no, it's we're super fortunate that way.

you almost getting into the room for arbitration what was going through your mind like were you preparing like okay i might hear some really awful things tomorrow and what's what's that sleep like yeah i know it's such a such a unique situation really you know it's there's nothing that i can really compare it to um where you kind of in that situation where you know that

in the next 24 to 48 hours everything's going to be sorted out but just not knowing at all really how how it's gonna play out is um super super unique but um i was fortunate just to i've been fortunate throughout you know all this process just to have a lot of you know um really supportive people around me that have helped to to keep me grounded and to keep my perspective in the right place which um was super important through this experience especially with all that um

uncertainty and, and you know what, I was grateful that just the way the negotiations went with our team, it was honestly, it was super respectful throughout.

Um, and even as we got close to the hearing, you know, everything from, from the blue jacket side was, you know, I felt like it was positive from both sides.

Um, like I don't think there was any strain on the relationship from either side at all.

You know, I know that I, Pat, you know, Cam, um,

Jim, my whole group of agents, we have a ton of respect for Don and for Lawrence and how they handled everything.

And I think that's reciprocated.

So I think I'm super grateful knowing how it can go.
