Obviously, you know, I'm I'm with her all the time, but the day before that, she was like, I feel horrendous today.
And she never says that.
And in the morning of she was really quiet.
She I was like, Okay, I can know she's feeling a bit pre we got preppy, feeling proppy.
And she was in the gym and she was training her absolute barks off.
And she was doing everything and I was looking at her and I was like
Yeah, that's pretty secular.
Cause I I don't I was like, I don't feel great right now.
And my session isn't going so good.
This was weeks ago.
And I was like, it just made me go, you're in a prep, you're in a deficit, you've just you've done your guard, you're doing everything, but you're just doing it.
And every single day she does that.
Like no matter what.

Like we went away yesterday, you know, funeral, you know, and she's like, got all the mails prepped.
