If you are like convinced that you're gonna diet on high food, I think you get past a certain number and then you assume it's low food.

And then you give someone high day, they're like, Oh, it's not it's not that lot of food then.

I'm like

I mean it's five hundred five hundred carbon mate and you're weighing seventy kilos, it's it's not bad.

And again, I think that that that's the only thing I I love about Instagram, but I don't like.

I wish more pros showed like almost like do you like people's uh you know, amateurs will post their check-in shots, the food they eat in the exact numbers.

I wish a pro done that are like two weeks into prep.

I think people will be mind-blown.

They only do the high days.
