Provo Utah they've spent hours upon hours they just want to be able to see the evidence to see what happened to Charlie to have some kind of you know I'm not going to say there's ever going to be closure or satisfaction but at least some kind of of understanding of what went on here for simply asking to see the evidence is it was beyond the pale I I personally I thought it was atrocious
this guy, this monster, Ryan Coburger up in Idaho, who killed the sorority girls up there in the house.
They only had in that like one bloody fingerprint
and a cell phone track and a witness who thought he saw a car that's all they had in that case and he did eventually of course plead guilty it's a complete deal to get the death penalty off the table so I would compare that case where you seem to like you had minimal evidence where they still got a conviction to this where yesterday that the dam just broke and there's an avalanche of evidence that's pouring out now and look I I want an impartial
system as well i understand how the system works that's why they have the water system they can set a questionnaire to say if you have heard about this case can you set that aside and only focus on the evidence and not let um you know any of the media coverage or you know there's been a lot of coverage and comments and opinions
spread about this case but the point is can you swear that you will not allow that affect your decision in this case and i've covered a few cases before and and that's that's always the standard it's not that have you ever heard of it but can you be objective about the evidence jack um we pray for you guys um please send my best to the family um and of course

I struggle to find the words to put it together.
It's surreal.
The whole thing is completely surreal when you get to that courthouse and you walk through.
I mean, the security situation is absolutely amazing.
is absolutely tremendous.
There's security from counter snipers up on the roof to drones to when Don Jr.
was there, we had Secret Service.
We have men with long guns.
We've got SWAT team inside and outside.
