10.25 p.m., Frank and I took the dead woman's clothing, the handkerchief, and the almost empty container of chloroform, and drove back downtown to the office.
We dropped off the clothing and the handkerchief at the crime lab to be processed for possible identifying marks.
The chloroform container was taken to latent fingerprints for examination.
