You go to the comedy clubs when something like that happens as well and you see some comedians that will be out there on stage and they'll be telling jokes hours after the beloved figure or entertainer has passed away.

I feel thankful though that I like, because I did a sift of all of my Twitter and went through and deleted a load of stuff and made sure that there was nothing out in the ether that was potentially ruinous.

It does not live somewhere.

It lives somewhere.

But I think I started stand-up.

I definitely started stand-up in an era before the camera phones and Twitter.

But when I first started as well, I think a lot of my inspirations were comedians that were much coarser.

I tried shock comedy.

You do.

I had much less of a filter.

I think to some of my early gigs as well when I was a less skilled comedian and I would just want to say something to try and elicit a reaction and shock people in the room.

I feel so fucking thankful that wasn't in an era where they're now filming every gig or people have got their camera phones out because I said some stuff on stage in my early 20s.

I think you should go back to that.

I do.

But you do now.

But I do think there's something to that as well.

There comes a slight, you can hold on to the fact that the thing that you've said that will probably bring you down is already out there.

That certainly allows you to feel slightly more relaxed.
