I'm located in New York with my husband and our two fur babies, our kitties.

Love them so much.

I am a former mental health counselor and I made the pivot into Christian life coaching way back in 2020.

And I've been doing that ever since.

And I specifically help coaches and business owners,

creates extraordinary content to attract true aligned dream clients.

But then we don't stop there because then I also help coaches elevate their coaching skills and their client experience.

they are able to deliver extraordinary results for those clients that they attract and they bring into their programs.

I love what I do.

Yeah, that's a really great question.

And I love that you use the term self-coach.

For those who may be unfamiliar with that term, like self-coaching, it's really just becoming aware of your thoughts and

your feelings, your beliefs, the stories that you may be telling yourself and not attaching

shame either to what you're feeling and to what you're thinking.

And I think a lot of us do that, right?

Like we attach that shame and that judgment and that guilt piece.
