So someone's not going to hire a health coach to just give them that strategy to just tell them that.

Why is every single year on January 1st for the last 10 years, your resolution is to lose the weight,
Maybe you stick to it for a month or two, but then you fall off and then you go or you lose the weight and then you put it back on.
It's because of our mind.
It's because of our brain.
And so hiring the coach really allows you to build those healthy habits and be committed to the action plan that you have in place.
And you work through those thoughts and beliefs and stories that you have in your mind that is keeping you stagnant and stuck.

So Kingdom Lost Academy, yeah, it is getting a little bit of a facelift, a pivot, I guess you can say, where it's still going to be a coaching certification program, but it's really, I'm shortening it and narrowing it where it's really only going to be focused on coaching skills and learning coaching tools and techniques.
