Oh, we gassed him up after game one.
Well, I think you're the guy who can speak to it the most.
Like, you know, me and Whit weren't out there doing that.
Merle's, you know, was getting in the muck.
But, like, you got to realize if you're a fourth-liner, like, there were times during the season he was in and out of the lineup.
Like, you got to...
realize you had a really good game game one and whatever shit's not going your game your way in game two you might have to start some shit and get in the muck and get your team going that way which will bleed into game three and game four and game five so i think you can speak on it more than anyone because that's what you did right you knew how to get energy for your team you knew if if you were in a position where you weren't playing well you could go out and grab somebody and get momentum
I was just going to say, I think Buffalo's got to put Shen in.
I was just going to, yeah.
That's a guy that knows, like, even if he's playing seven minutes, like, if he's out there in that graveyard shift at the end of a game, he's grabbing somebody.
He might take a suspension.
He might take a fine.
But he knows what it means to go into the next game with some fight and not showing that your team, that you're quitting.
Not that they're quitting, but, like, at the end of a game, if shit's not going your way, you can't just take punches in the face.
And he's going to, I would bet that he's going to be in next game.
Yeah, scored the game winner in game seven too, right?
That's why you bring over a guy that has cup.
He's won a Stanley Cup.
He knows what it takes.
And he's also a young enough guy to teach the younger guys, like the Demidovs, the Caulfields.
