probably a little bit more offended because just not the landscape that we had back then in terms of player movement and, you know, maybe how easily it's going to be for players and teams and trades to happen.
So, look, I'm contracted long-term at Carlton.
I'm the leader of the club.
I said that I'll be here for the long-term and it's only round eight, Gerard, so...
I've got to very much concentrate at what's directly in front of me and not sort of what's going to happen in the future at the end of the year.
So it's just one of those things you have to deal with as a player and I'll continue to front up in that current jumper.

And again, Gerard, you mentioned I've been through some sort of challenging times with this club and I won't compare coaches, but there's been a fair bit of adversity clearly this year and pressure and things that have happened and situations in game and off field that he's had to rise up to and lead this club through.
And I don't think he's blinked an eye at how he operates as a person and as a leader, which has been incredibly impressive.
um, considering.
So I think everyone can appreciate the, the, the human element of it.
Um, you know, he's got a wife and, um, he's got kids.
Uh, he's got a home life to, to worry about as well.
And he's also got 45 players to, to lead, um, every day.
